JUST IN: Obi Cubana’s mother’s burial for July 16

Nightlife impresario Obi lyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana, has disclosed that his mother, Ezinne Uche Mabel Iyiegbu (Nee Ibe), would be laid to rest at their Akaeze Oba family home, Oba, Anambra State on Thursday, 16th
July, 2021.

The business mogul announced the death
of his mother with a post on social media where he shared a beautiful photo of her surrounded by family and thanked God for the life she lived.
His said: 2020! We love you mum; We thank God for your
life.

We will forever miss u super woman! Rest

The late Ezinne Uche Mabel Iyiegbu (Nee
Ibe) from Okpuno Ebenato Nnewi, was born on July 5, 1942. She was married to the late chief (Sir) Alex Nnaemeka Iyiegbu (Akaeze
Oba).

She died on Thursday, 31st December,
2020, at Zenith Medical and Kidney Centre, Gudu, Abuja, after a brief illness.

She is survived by five biological children, namely Sir Nnamdi Chu Iyiegbu, Mrs Ada moore, Mr Ikenna Iyiegbu, Mr Obinna Iyiegbu and Mrs Nkechi Nuel-Eneh, as well as many
other relatives, brothers, uncles, sisters, 23 grand children, sons-in-laws and daughters in-laws.

However, more details on the burial
arrangements would be made available later.
