FG Postpones Jan. 18, 2021 School Resumption Indefinitely

Starting this year with a second phase of lockdown is not a good idea, it’s over 10 months schools has been shutdown due to ASUU strike and COVID-19 lockdown.

The Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 has put the Jan. 18, 2021 resumption of school on hold following the second wave of COVID-19 ravaging the entire world and Nigeria.

This was made known by the Hon. Minister of Education, Malam Adamu Adamu.

The Federal Government is currently reviewing the January 18th resumption date for schools across the country, following the recent rise in COVID-19 cases, Education Minister, Mallam Adamu Adamu, stated this today (11th Jan, 2021) at the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 briefing in Abuja.
